The RBS Modular System is a specialized in-line process that includes Washing, Rinsing, Ultrasonic Washing, Ultrasonic Rinsing, Heated Blowing and final Vacuum Drying System. This system is designed to process parts in a basket or on a fixture. The RBS Modular System can process parts up to 1,100 lbs (500 kg) and can perform up to 15 cycles per hour. The RBS Modular System cleans using a wash and rinse process consisting of hydraulic cleaning via agitation, spray impingement, immersion and rotation, ultrasonic and heated blow drying. The "three-action" batch cleaning process was specifically developed to handle a wide variety of challenging parts, especially those with internal holes, passages and complex geometries, making this system capable of meeting critical cleaning expectations. The modular RBS System features the latest Siemens programmable controller and operator interface screen capabilities. This control platform increases system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface.
