This revolutionary gel meets the SSPC-SP 8 Pickling Standard and is applied directly to prepared, rusted metal surface areas. After the gel is applied and allowed to remain on the affected area, rinsing with Corr-Ze™ 100 is sufficient for optimal results. This two-stage process cleans the metal at a microscopic level to remove surface contaminants, including water-soluble pollutants such as chlorides, sulfates and nitrates, as well as water-insoluble contaminants such as sulfides, flash rust and blast media. The result is a passive surface that provides superior coating adhesion.

Quick-drying without residue

Non-toxic and biodegradable Corr-Ze™ 200 Gel enhances coating performance while significantly reducing carbon footprint by eliminating the need for re-surface preparation and same-day coating in most environments.
