Where Are CanPlast Pigment Pastes Used?

CanPlast pigment pastes are used in virtually every composite raw material imaginable. There are four separate pigment paste series. These are: • PU series – Used in all types of polyurethane (except block foam), elastomers, filters, polyurea, acrylic, epoxy, polyester, composites, gelcoat systems, as well as in single-component solvent-based polyurethane coatings and solvent-based paint production. PU series is the universal series. • S series – Used in bed, toy, kitchen and general-use foam production, that is, in all types of block foam polyurethane. • PVC series – Used in PVC masterbatch and granules, PVC synthetic leather production, PVC textile coatings, wall and floor coverings, awnings, label production and similar sectors. • WB series – Used in water-based polyurethane, water-based textile coatings, water-based paints and other water-based product manufacturing.

In our own equipped laboratory, we conduct color studies suitable for any raw material as requested by our customers and verify suitability. All products we develop are first produced as sample products and undergo various tests. New products receiving positive results from all tests are assigned code numbers and become ready for production. With continuously developing raw materials and final products in the world, our company's R&D center conducts studies on new colors, new products and new raw materials, and continuously presents innovations we develop to our customers. Since 2019, CanPlast has begun sales to Europe and worldwide. In line with our long-term business cooperation strategy, we provide direct service and support to factories while also cooperating with distributors on a country-by-country basis. Advertisements in international trade publications, participation in international and domestic trade fairs, and unlimited sample shipments are helping our rapid development in this direction. Continuously increasing growth showed that old capacities were insufficient and capacities needed to be increased. At the end of 2020, CanPlast began production in a new, larger and more modern factory alongside the old factory. Our R&D center, to be established in the new factory's project according to the latest technologies, is also included.
