BASF Construction Chemicals to Operate Under the MBCC Group Name

MBCC Group, established following the acquisition of the former BASF Construction Chemicals business by Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm, commenced operations as of 1 October 2020. Lone Star concluded its commercial transactions with BASF on 30 September 2020, effective from midnight. Lone Star is now the new owner of the business. MBCC Group separated from BASF Group over the past 18 months and is now a fully independent organization.
