AkzoNobel introduces sustainable powder coatings for two-wheeled vehicles

AkzoNobel's Interpon A3000 offers a more sustainable application process and superior durability. AkzoNobel has launched Interpon A3000, a powder coating series designed to protect and enhance body panels, wheels and components of two-wheeled vehicles in accordance with performance levels determined, tested and approved by OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). The product is noted as ideal for customers seeking greater cost efficiency and improved sustainability without compromising the performance or aesthetic quality they require. One of the key advantages of the new series is sustainability. Powder coatings that deliver top-level performance even in a single coat reduce costs and consume less energy during the application process, making it possible for companies and organizations using the product to support their sustainability targets. Additionally, there is a low-energy version of this powder coating that enables curing at a lower temperature and further reduces energy consumption.

High corrosion resistance
