We are pleased and proud to have organised the DYO Art Awards competition for the 38th time, which has the distinction of being Turkey's first painting competition held by the private sector and is one of the longest-running competitions in its field. This year, a record number of artists participated in our competition with a record number of works, bringing countless artists and works to Turkish painting art. The interest and support we receive from the art community for the DYO Art Awards makes us very happy. I thank all the artists who participated in the 38th DYO Art Awards competition and congratulate our award-winning artists. We postponed the awards ceremony we had planned to hold in early April to healthier times due to the spread of coronavirus in our country. We wish to reach healthier and art-filled days as soon as possible."
