In Facade and Roof Details: Bostik MSP 2730: SMP-Based Sealant

Bostik MSP 2730 is a single-component, solvent and isocyanate-free, SMP-based joint filler sealant that can be applied in multiple ways. It is suitable for painting according to German DIN 52452 / Section 4 standards. Since there are many paint varieties, it must be tested in advance with the paint to be used. Bostik MSP 2730 is suitable for connection and expansion joints in the interior and exterior sections of structures. In all building areas, for example; in window, door and roof sections, in joints of wooden and metal structures, in connection details of prefabricated elements, it is safely used in food transport vehicles and food production facilities.

Bostik MSP 2750 SMP-Based Adhesive

Bostik MSP 2750 is a single-component hybrid, SMP-based elastic adhesive that can be applied in multiple ways in interior and exterior spaces. It is suitable for painting according to German DIN 52452 / Section 4 standards. Compatibility with the paint to be used must be tested in advance. Bostik MSP 2750 is safely used in both interior and exterior spaces, on walls and floors, for elastically bonding different materials to each other, for bonding granite, marble and tiles to the substrate, in point bonding of baseboards, in fixing panels, door frames and various foam boards, in food transport vehicles and food production facilities.

In All Details Requiring Fire Resistance: Bostik FR Expanding Foam: Fire-Resistant PU Foam

Bostik FR Expanding Foam Fire-Resistant, Expanding Foam Filler Material; is a single-component polyurethane foam that self-cures by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. With a semi-rigid structure, although difficult to bend, it allows for vibration and joint movement. FR Expanding Foam has been tested according to BS 476 Section 20 to provide complete fire assessment. It also complies with DIN 4102, B1 and B2. It adheres excellently to wood, brick, stone, cement, plaster, asbestos, drywall, duralite and metal surfaces.

Bostik Intucrylic: Fire-Resistant Acrylic Sealant

Bostik Intucrylic is a high-quality, water-based, fire-retardant acrylic structural sealant. When dry, it attains a hard, non-sticky consistency and provides excellent adhesion to many construction surfaces. In case of fire, this product will expand and become a fire-resistant insulating material, preventing the passage of smoke and flames. Bostik Intucrylic is used for expansion, contraction and structural joint sealing where separation and movement factors are involved. This product is used as a bedding/sealing component in the installation of fire-resistant flooring systems, to seal gaps between adjacent structures such as fire-resistant construction materials and window and door frames, and as a leak prevention system for both cables and pipes.

Bostik FireSeal: Fire-Resistant Silicone Sealant

Bostik Fireseal Silicone is a superior quality, fire-resistant joint filler sealant that combines a mid-modulus silicone with unique fire-resistance properties. Bostik Fireseal resists fire passage for up to four hours depending on application. This product has additional benefits in case of fire, such as very low levels of toxic gas release and smoke emission rates well below measurable amounts. Bostik Fireseal provides excellent adhesion to many surfaces, including stone walls, does not sag in joints up to 25mm wide and is suitable for exterior use. Bostik Fireseal can be used in both moving and stationary joints (for example, in screens, partition walls and end-to-end open joints in structural walls). It is effective as a leak prevention agent on both cables and metal pipes, especially in places where movement is a factor (for example, hot/cold water pipes).

Bostik Meister SH: Sprayed Mortar

Bostik Meister SH is a fine-grained sprayed mortar applied by hand or plaster machine, durable and long-lasting, with high adhesive strength, used to create a strong and rough sub-surface on concrete or similar slippery and smooth surfaces, on surfaces with high liquid absorption properties such as gas concrete to obtain a safe plaster substrate and improve plaster adhesion to the surface, and additionally to balance the plaster drying time and reduce cracking risk. Bostik ContactPrimer: Raw Concrete Primer

Bostik ContactPrimer is a dispersion-based primer containing mineral fillers, formulated for raw concrete and non-absorbent glossy surfaces, which balances surface absorption, ensures crack-free curing of subsequently applied plaster, and increases adhesion strength to surfaces, and can be used under gypsum and cement-based mortar. Bostik WBC: Acrylic Concrete Cure

Bostik WBC Acrylic Concrete Cure is applied as a curing material to concrete and Bostik SH Floor Hardener applied surfaces. It is an acrylic resin-based, single-component liquid curing material used to prevent cracks that may form on the surface as a result of rapid evaporation of mixing water in the mortar. Bostik WBC can be applied on concrete screeds, enclosed and open parking lots, warehouses, concrete pours made in hot weather, on surfaces where Bostik SH Floor Hardener has been applied.
