Izak Baron Appointed Finance Director of Takeda Türkiye

The Japanese pharmaceutical giant Takeda, recognised for its successful human resources practices, has made a new appointment in its Turkey operations. With the aim of strengthening and making more effective the company's financial processes, İzak Baron, who has 25 years of experience in the Turkish pharmaceutical sector, has been appointed to the position of Finance Director at Takeda Turkey. İzak Baron graduated from Boğaziçi University's Business Administration department in 1982. After developing himself in various sectors, he has pursued his career for the past 25 years at international companies such as Eli Lilly, Wyeth, Lundbeck and Amgen. Since September 2017, Baron has served as Finance Advisor at Takeda Turkey, working on subjects such as the optimisation of financial processes and the effective management of audit procedures. As of August 2018, İzak Baron will continue in the position of Finance Director to ensure that Takeda Turkey achieves a stronger financial structure and that processes are simplified to increase efficiency.
