Sanipak, Turkey's leading personal hygiene products company, has announced the appointment of Mine Mavi Arıkan as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) effective June 2025, a key move to strengthen its marketing vision.
Mine Mavi Arıkan, a graduate of Bilkent University's Industrial Engineering program, has built a career spanning more than 15 years directing multinational brands across different geographies, achieving significant success in strategic marketing.
Arıkan began her career in 2009 as Assistant Brand Manager for Lipton at Unilever, subsequently taking on Brand Manager roles for Sana, Becel, Calve and Knorr. In 2016, she was appointed Food Category Brand Manager for the Turkey, North Africa, Middle East and Russia regions. In 2018, she served as Senior Brand Manager for the Ice Cream Category in the same region. In 2020, Arıkan assumed the role of Marketing Director for the Home and Hygiene Category at Unilever Turkey, Central Asia and Iran. As of July 2022, she held the position of Turkey and Middle East Food Business Unit Leader within Unilever's global Compass organization. Most recently, as of January 2025, she took on the role of Turkey and Middle East Food General Manager while also assuming leadership of Unilever Turkey Media and Digital Marketing.
Mine Mavi Arıkan, who will direct Sanipak's marketing strategies, will contribute to the company's long-term growth objectives through her international experience and visionary leadership approach.
