Senior Appointment at ŞA-RA Enerji: Ali Ar Becomes CFO

A new appointment has been made in the senior management organization of ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. Ali Ar, who served as Group Finance Director within the company, was appointed to the position of CFO effective September 17, 2026.

ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., one of the companies operating in Türkiye's industrial and energy sector, announced the new appointment made in its senior management staff through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

In the statement made by the company, it was stated, “Within the scope of our company's new organizational structuring, Mr. Ali Ar, who previously served as Group Finance Director, has been appointed to the position of CFO of our Company effective 17.09.2026.”

Ali Ar becomes CFO of ŞA-RA Enerji

Ali Ar, who has over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy and corporate governance, will be responsible for ŞA-RA Enerji's financial management and strategic finance processes within the scope of his new role.

Ar, who graduated from TED Ankara Koleji High School in 1992, completed Bilkent University Faculty of Business Administration in 1997. Having started his professional career within the scope of DenizBank's first-term Management Trainee program, Ar took on various responsibilities in finance, strategy and corporate governance in the later stages of his career.

Ar held senior positions at multinational technology and defense industry companies, including Leonardo and Thales.

Kalyon PV and ŞA-RA experience

Ali Ar, who served as Deputy General Manager of Finance at Kalyon PV, Europe's first fully vertically integrated solar energy panel manufacturer, took an active role in the company's growth, investment, Turquality and IPO processes between 2023 and 2026.

Serving as Group Finance Director within the ŞA-RA Şirketler Grubu, which operates in the field of energy transmission lines and infrastructure projects, as of March 2026, Ar also took on active responsibility in ŞA-RA Enerji's IPO process.

Ali Ar will continue his career in the company's senior management staff, taking on the role of CFO at ŞA-RA Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. effective September 17, 2026.

Ali Ar, who has a good command of English and an intermediate level of Spanish, is married and the father of two children.
