Roche İlaç Announces New Appointment

With over 15 years of professional experience and multiple successful accomplishments, Gizem Özbayraç began her career as a Financial Markets Analyst at Reuters. She subsequently spent 7 years at IBM providing management consulting on Strategy & Analysis, followed by 2 years in transformation management roles at HSBC Bank. Starting in 2016 at Allianz Insurance, Özbayraç has held the position of Agile Transformation Director since 2018. In her new role, Gizem Özbayraç will play a key part in helping Roche Pharmaceuticals adopt innovative and agile processes to deliver better and faster solutions to more patients. A graduate of the Economics Department at Middle East Technical University (METU), Gizem Özbayraç completed her master's degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Birmingham.
