Polisan Holding has launched Polifikir, its suggestion and award system, to support the company's future and strengthen participatory management by listening to employees' voices, effectively evaluating their ideas, and promoting corporate innovation.

In line with its human resources policies that support continuous improvement, innovation and transformation, Polisan Holding continues to structure its cultural transformation efforts by referencing a learning organization culture with global trends, digitalization processes and best practices. Aiming to create a more participatory work environment through Polifikir, the new suggestion and award system that allows employees to freely share creative ideas and constructive suggestions regarding their work processes, Polisan Holding also evaluates and rewards creative solutions that have been developed and implemented.

Mahmut Temiz, Group Human Resources Director at Polisan Holding, stated that they aim for employees to contribute to critical business objectives such as productivity, quality and cost optimization through the Polifikir platform. "With this system, we will strengthen our participatory management approach and innovation culture together. Our employees' creative ideas and suggestions will be evaluated fairly and transparently by committees that include senior management. Objective and measurable analytical criteria will be applied in the evaluations.
