OYAK Çimento Achieves a First in the Turkish Cement Sector

CIMPOR-OYAK Çimento has obtained "ISO 37001:2017 Anti-Bribery Management System" and "ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management System" certifications, once again demonstrating its strong commitment to ethical business practices and sustainable management.

These certifications, which position OYAK Çimento as the first company in the Turkish cement sector to earn this approval, cover CIMPOR's operations spanning 3 continents and 6 countries.

Ankara, 13 March 2025 - CIMPOR Global, a subsidiary of TCC Group Holdings which includes OYAK Çimento, announced that it has qualified to obtain "ISO 37001:2017 Anti-Bribery Management System" and "ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management System" certifications in line with its strong commitment to ethical business practices and sustainable management. These certifications cover the company's operations across 3 continents, including Portugal, Turkey, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Romania and Northern Cyprus.

Compliance and Transparency-Focused Management Approach
While ISO 37001 ensures the implementation of an effective anti-bribery and corruption framework, Özge Aşçıoğlu, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Group Director of CIMPOR-OYAK Çimento, noted that ISO 37301 will make significant contributions to ensuring that CIMPOR-OYAK Çimento's compliance management processes are aligned with international standards and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) processes, expressing the following views on the matter:

Outstanding Practices in the Industry
