Important Appointment at Nestlé Türkiye

Significant Appointment at Nestlé Turkey Buse Aksu Özgen, General Manager of Nestlé Turkey's Dairy Beverages Business Unit, has been assigned to Switzerland as Strategy Development Manager of the Dairy Beverages Strategic Business Unit. Özgen, who has worked at Nestlé Turkey for approximately 20 years, will transfer her significant expertise in business intelligence and strategy to the global level starting in April. With 20 years of experience under the Nestlé Turkey umbrella, Buse Aksu Özgen, who has served as General Manager of Nestlé Turkey's Dairy Beverages Business Unit, will continue her career at Nestlé headquarters as Strategy Development Manager of the Dairy Beverages Strategic Business Unit. Counted among Nestlé Turkey's inspiring female leaders, Özgen will contribute to the definition of global strategies for the dairy beverages business unit and the management of their processes starting in April. She will also be responsible for developing new opportunities and business models. Buse Aksu Özgen, noting that she has held positions in various categories and functions at Nestlé Turkey where she started her career, said the following: "I took my first step into the business world 20 years ago through a career development program that opened Nestlé Turkey's doors to young people. So far, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in almost every category of the company and in many commercial functions. Since 2018, as General Manager of the Dairy Beverages Business Unit, my team and I have accomplished exciting projects. I will pursue my new role from Switzerland with a much greater sense of responsibility but with the same enthusiasm and energy.
