Important Appointment at Merck Türkiye Merck Türkiye'de Aydan Dinçer, who held the position of Director of Strategy, Operations and Business Excellence, has been appointed to the position of Oncology Therapeutic Area Director as of February. Aydan Dinçer joined the Merck Oncology team in 2018 as Senior Product Manager and successfully managed all strategic and operational marketing activities in the oncology field. In 2019, she was appointed to the role of Oncology Marketing Manager. During this period, she successfully led new product launch initiatives along with new strategy and re-launch work in the oncology treatment area. Since January 2021, in her role as Director of Strategy, Operations and Business Excellence, Mr. Dinçer has been responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of the company's strategic projects in the business excellence field.

Who is Aydan Dinçer?

Aydan Dinçer completed her undergraduate education at the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. She worked at Siemens Business Services between 2003 and 2005. From 2005 onwards, she continued her career in the pharmaceutical sector. Between 2005 and 2018, Dinçer worked at Fresenius Kabi and Novartis respectively; she held positions as Product Promotion Specialist, Product Manager and Senior Product Manager responsible for the AMAC region in the fields of Nephrology, Parenteral Nutrition, Transplantation and Rare Diseases. Aydan Dinçer has a total of 18 years of sales and marketing experience.
