L'Oréal Group Continues Its Success

L'Oréal Group Continues Success Record Results from the 2023 'Gender Equality Report' published annually by Equileap, which conducts comprehensive research on gender equality globally, have been announced. L'Oréal Group, which sees diversity, inclusion and equality as part of its DNA, ranked 11th in a study involving 3,500 companies from 23 countries. Entering the ranking for the sixth consecutive time, L'Oréal Group was selected first in France. Women represent 50% of L'Oréal Group's board members and 32% of executive committee members. Additionally, women comprise 57% of strategic positions and 61% of international brand directors. The emphasis on gender equality is also one of the most prominent issues in L'Oréal's Turkey organization. At L'Oréal Turkey, which has approximately 1,000 employees, the proportion of female employees is reported as 63% among all staff, 50% in the management committee, and 52% at managerial levels.

L'Oréal Group CEO Nicolas Hieronimus commented on the matter as follows:
