Ahmed Cevdet Alemdar Appointed Chairman of Kordsa's Board of Directors

The company issued the following statement on the matter: Kordsa announced the appointment of Ahmed Cevdet Alemdar as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The statement made by the Board of Directors reads as follows: "By decision No. 2020/11 dated 6 April 2020, Kordsa's Board of Directors has decided to accept the resignation of Cenk Alper, who resigned from his positions as Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors on 6 April 2020, to appoint Ahmed Cevdet Alemdar to the Board of Directors seat vacated by Cenk Alper in accordance with Article 14 of the Company's Articles of Association, to elect Ahmed Cevdet Alemdar as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and to submit this change for approval by the shareholders at the first General Meeting to be held."
