Senior Appointment at Evidea: Serkan Demir Named Store Operations Director

Evidea, a leading home and lifestyle products brand in Turkey, has entrusted store operations to an experienced executive. Serkan Demir will contribute to the company's growth journey as Store Operations Director.

Evidea, which continues to expand through its retail store chain, has strengthened its management team to increase operational capacity. In his new role, Demir will be responsible for managing and improving the operational processes of the company's stores.

Serkan Demir, a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Business Administration Department and an MBA graduate from Beykent University, has over 10 years of experience in retail management, franchise sales and online sales. With expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, market positioning, customer relationship management, innovation and experience design, Demir has led large teams by managing the visual merchandising processes of over 700 stores.

Before joining Evidea, Demir served as Chief Experience Officer at CXALL, and is also noted for his strong commercial marketing background.
