Çağrı Alkaya Appointed Global Chairman of Stanton Chase

Çağrı Alkaya, a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase's London office and Advisory Board member of its Istanbul office, has been appointed Chairman of the Board for the 2025-2028 term. Alkaya, who assumed his new position as of January 2025, is the first Turkish executive to be appointed to this role.

Stanton Chase, one of the world's leading leadership and executive search firms, has announced its Board of Directors for the 2025-2028 period. Çağrı Alkaya, Managing Partner of Stanton Chase's London office and Advisory Board member of its Istanbul office, was elected Global Chairman of the Stanton Chase Board of Directors, succeeding Kristof Reynvoet. Alkaya previously served as Vice President responsible for Regions on the Stanton Chase Board of Directors.

Under Alkaya's leadership, the other members of the Board of Directors and Global Vice Chairs are: Bernardita Mena Aldunate (Human and Business Excellence), Ken Nimitz (Finance), Tom Christensen (Implementation Groups) and Panos Manolopoulos (Regions). With three current Board members continuing in their roles, Stanton Chase maintains strong leadership foundations, while their expertise and experience will continue to provide valuable contributions to the organization.

Who is Çağrı Alkaya?
With over 20 years in the leadership and executive search sector, Çağrı Alkaya began his career following his education at Middle East Technical University in the audit and consulting divisions of international consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, and held positions including consultant, founder and managing partner at Antal International, Oxygen Consultancy and Elemental Value before joining Stanton Chase.

A founding partner of Stanton Chase's Istanbul office, Çağrı Alkaya has been working at Stanton Chase's London office since 2017 and has held the position of Managing Partner since 2021. Having spent his career in Turkey, Belgium and the United Kingdom, Çağrı Alkaya has conducted executive consulting projects in 18 countries and held various regional and global positions within Stanton Chase.
