Bupa Türkiye to Acquire Ortus, Digital Health Services Software Company

An agreement has been reached regarding the acquisition of Ortus Yazılım A.Ş. ("Ortus"), which provides digital health services, by Bupa Turkey. In a joint statement, it was shared that upon receipt of the necessary approval from the Competition Board, the share transfer will be completed and the acquisition process will be finalized.
Gökhan Gürcan, Chairman of the Board of Bupa Turkey, stated: "We will implement this acquisition in line with our vision to strengthen our integrated healthcare operations under the Bupa Turkey umbrella and the digital health services we provide under the Blua brand by leveraging Ortus's digital health solutions, and to continue making digital investments in healthcare.
