Azelis Acquires Dağaltı Azelis has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Dağaltı Rubber and Chemical Substances, a specialty chemicals distributor operating in Turkey's rubber and plastic additives market. Azelis has further strengthened its position in Turkey's rubber and plastic additives market with the acquisition of Dağaltı. Dağaltı's extensive product portfolio strategically completes the Group's value chain in industrial chemicals, broadening the range of products and technical expertise offered to customers. Founded in 1980, Dağaltı has grown to become a leading player in Turkey's rubber and rubber additives market. With 14 specialized employees, Dağaltı serves over 400 customers. To ensure a smooth merger and transition process, Dağaltı CEO Sadık Dağaltı will continue to lead the company. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022, following the fulfillment of standard legal conditions.
