Zorlu Enerji Experience (ZExperience) Program Completes Third Term
Zorlu Enerji has successfully completed the third term of its Zorlu Enerji Experience (ZExperience) program, launched for university scholarship students in the regions where it operates. Carried out under the coordination of imece, a social innovation platform co-founded by Zorlu Holding, the program offered 36 different training sessions in the fields of sustainability, social innovation and project management to contribute to the personal and professional development of young people.
Zorlu Enerji successfully completed the third cycle of the Zorlu Enerji Experience (ZExperience) program, which it implemented for university scholarship recipients in the regions where it operates. Conducted under the leadership of imece, the social innovation platform of which Zorlu Holding is a founding partner, the program offered 36 different trainings in sustainability, social innovation and project management to support young people's personal and professional development.
Within the scope of the program, students developed social impact-focused projects with teamwork and mentoring support; the three most successful teams were awarded. In the social impact assessment, 80% of scholarship recipients reported contribution to career development, 70% gained awareness about social issues, and 60% experienced increased motivation.
ZExperience will continue to support young people in taking active roles in sustainable development and social benefit projects in line with its long-term objectives.
