Yorglass achieves global success in washing machine door glass

Yorglass, one of Turkey's leading players in the glass sector, continues to expand its domestic engineering capabilities to global markets through the production of washing machine door glass. The company meets domestic market demand through its production facility in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone while also exporting to numerous countries, particularly in Europe and the Americas.

High production efficiency with Industry 4.0
Yorglass's Washing Machine Door Glass Plant in Manisa stands out with its Industry 4.0 infrastructure and robotic production processes. All production stages are monitored end-to-end through digital technologies, thereby bringing both quality and efficiency to the highest levels.

Glass components used in the white goods sector require advanced technology in terms of durability, aesthetics and safety, while increased domestic production capacity is of critical importance for the sector's sustainable growth.

Strong export growth through domestic production
Yorglass Chairman of the Board Semavi Yorgancılar noted that Turkey holds a strong position in white goods manufacturing, recalling that dependence on imports in this field was previously high.

Yorgancılar stated: "With our domestic engineering and technological infrastructure, we have reversed this picture. While we supply 30 percent of our production to the domestic market, we export 70 percent to various geographies, particularly Europe."

Highlighting that production processes at the Manisa facility are supported by robotic systems, Yorgancılar noted that all stages from batch mixing to kiln processes are monitored digitally.

Exports to over 60 countries
Addressing the company's growth in global markets, Yorgancılar stated that Yorglass has reached over 60 countries across 6 continents.

Noting that in 2025 55 percent of revenue was generated from exports and 52 percent of production was sent abroad, Yorgancılar said approximately 10 percent growth was recorded in Europe and 18 percent in the Americas.

Emphasizing that the results achieved are not merely commercial success, Yorgancılar stated: "These figures demonstrate that Yorglass's claim to be a global and reliable supplier is strengthening. At the same time, they reflect Turkish industry's international competitiveness."
