TSKB provides Sarten Ambalaj with $30 million in financing
Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası (TSKB) has provided USD 30 million in financing for machinery and equipment investments to be carried out by Sarten Ambalaj at its production facilities across Türkiye.
Turkey's Industrial Development Bank (TSKB) has provided USD 30 million in financing for machinery and equipment investments that Sarten Ambalaj will undertake at its production facilities across Turkey.
Structured as a 10-year facility with 2 years of grace period, the financing aims to increase efficiency in the company's plastic and metal packaging production lines.
Investments to be implemented across different facilities
Under the financing framework, Sarten Ambalaj will carry out capacity expansion and modernization investments at its facilities in Silivri, Çerkezköy, Karacabey, Manisa, Aliağa and Gebze.
According to the project plan, plastic production equipment will be installed primarily at facilities in Aliağa OSB and Gebze OSB. Metal packaging equipment will be commissioned at factories in Karacabey, Çerkezköy and Manisa.
These investments aim to renew the company's existing machinery fleet, increase operational efficiency, and respond more rapidly to growing demand.

TSKB General Manager Ozan Uyar, commenting on the financing, stated that they prioritize supporting technology-focused investments that increase production capacity.
Uyar said, "This investment, which will increase Sarten Ambalaj's production capacity and efficiency, will strengthen the company's global competitive position while contributing to sustainable production targets. It is also an important step supporting regional development and digital and environmental transformation in industry."

Sarten Ambalaj Board Chairman Zeki Sarıbekir emphasized that the financing in question occupies an important place in the company's long-term growth strategy.
Sarıbekir said, "Through investments we will carry out at our facilities in different regions, we aim to increase our production capacity and raise our operational efficiency to the highest level. Responding quickly and qualitatively to growing demand, maintaining our strong position in global competition, and developing our production infrastructure based on advanced technologies are among our priorities."
The investments are also expected to contribute to the company's digitalization and environmental sustainability targets.
