YEO Teknoloji Wins $100 Million Solar Energy Project in the United Kingdom

Rey Renewable Energy Ltd, a 75% subsidiary of YEO Teknoloji, has signed turnkey EPC contracts with project companies of Bluefield Solar Income Fund for three solar power plants with a combined capacity of 196 MWp to be developed in Northeast England. The total contract value of the projects is expected to exceed USD 100 million.

YEO Teknoloji has added a new project to its global renewable energy portfolio in line with its international growth strategy. Rey Renewable Energy Ltd, a 75% subsidiary of the company, has signed turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts with project companies of Bluefield Solar Income Fund for three solar power plants to be developed in the United Kingdom.

The projects to be implemented in Northeast England will have a total installed capacity of 196 MWp. Under the contracts, Rey Renewable Energy will manage end-to-end engineering and design, equipment and material procurement, construction, assembly, testing and commissioning. Following the commercial operation of the projects, Rey Renewable Energy will also provide operation and maintenance services for two years.

YEO Teknoloji's international EPC teams will work within Rey Renewable Energy during project execution, bringing the company's engineering, project management and implementation experience in renewable energy to the United Kingdom market.

The fund invests in a renewable energy portfolio consisting of solar, wind and energy storage assets with a combined installed capacity of approximately 852 MW across the United Kingdom.

These new projects undertaken by YEO Teknoloji and Rey Renewable Energy will contribute to increasing clean energy capacity in the United Kingdom, which holds an important market in Europe's renewable energy transition.
