Innovative Approaches and Strategic Partnerships to Come Together at Pharmaist 2025

The event marked an important milestone for the organization with the establishment of new management and supervisory boards.
At the General Assembly, TİYSAT emphasized its objectives to strengthen Turkey's position in the pharmaceutical industry, reduce import dependency and contribute to the country's strategic independence. The organization stated that it will continue its work in the new period with stronger, resolute and productive collaborations.
Among TİYSAT's core objectives are localizing Turkey's pharmaceutical ancillary industry to reduce import dependency and making the national health system more independent through domestic production. In this context, efforts are underway to establish effective collaboration between industry, academia and the public sector to develop innovative solutions and integrate these solutions into the sector.
Pharmaist International Pharmaceutical Components and Technologies Fair, one of Turkey's most comprehensive organizations in the life sciences field, is hosting a strategic partnership this year. To be held at Istanbul Fair Center on 18-20 June 2025, the fair is preparing to present a new vision through strong collaboration with TİYSAT. TİYSAT's participation within the fair framework is being evaluated as an important step in terms of developing Turkey's pharmaceutical ancillary industry, strengthening domestic production and increasing academia-industry integration.
Making its first appearance at Pharmaist 2025, TİYSAT will be positioned not only as a participant in the sector but also as an organizer of numerous events creating a knowledge and collaboration platform. Within the scope of the partnership, special panels, talks and innovative programs such as "Academy and Sector Meetings" will be held by TİYSAT during the fair. These events will address topics such as clustering strategies for pharmaceutical and ancillary industries, public support, R&D incentives and university-industry collaborations. TİYSAT will also offer young researchers opportunities to make sector presentations, receive mentoring and establish direct contact with sector professionals.
One of the most important missions TİYSAT brings to the fair through its Pharmaist collaboration is contributing to the commercialization of science and the development of joint project culture. Particularly the advisory board work conducted with universities, projects for young researchers and international collaboration discussions launched with NGOs in Europe are reinforcing TİYSAT's vision in this field.
The collaboration between Artkim Fuarcılık and TİYSAT being realized this year aims to go beyond a simple fair participation to transform into a long-term sector partnership. Pharmaist 2025, organized with the support of the European Chemical Distributors Federation (FECC) and the strategic partnership of the Chemistry Society and the Chemical Engineers Chamber, brings together all components of the pharmaceutical industry as it does every year, creating ground for the development of high-value-added products. Strengthened through TİYSAT collaboration, the fair aims to shape not only today's but also tomorrow's pharmaceutical industry with domestic and innovative solutions.
The fair under the Life Sciences umbrella organized by Artkim Fuarcılık brings together three important sectors: "Cosmetics & Home Care Ingredients", "Food & Nutritional Ingredients" and "Pharmaist". TİYSAT will specifically host 3 panels within the scope of Pharmaist.
TİYSAT and Artkim Fuarcılık invite all stakeholders from the technology, pharmaceuticals and domestic industry sectors to participate in this important fair and events.
