Şişecam Named Export Champion in 3 Categories

Şişecam won the "Export Champion" award in 3 categories at the 7th Champions of Exports Award Ceremony organized by the Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Clay Products Exporters Association (ÇCSIB).

Şişecam, an international player in the glass and chemicals sectors celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, won the "Export Champion" award in 3 different categories at the 7th Champions of Exports Award Ceremony organized by the Cement, Glass, Ceramics and Clay Products Exporters Association (ÇCSIB).

At the ceremony where 2024 exporters were honored, Şişecam qualified to receive the "Largest Exporting Company" award in the "Flat Glass," "Glassware," and "Glass Packaging" categories. In 2024, Şişecam achieved consolidated net sales of TRY 186 billion, and its international sales—comprising exports from Turkey and sales from production facilities abroad—accounted for 59 percent of total consolidated sales. In the same year, Şişecam made TRY 30 billion in investments, and its export volume reached USD 962 million. The company produced 5.6 million tons of glass, 4.6 million tons of soda ash, and 3.8 million tons of industrial raw materials during 2024.
