TürkTraktör Marks Production of 10,000th Cabin

TürkTraktör, Turkey's longest-established automotive sector manufacturer, took its 10,000th cabin off the production line at the Erenler Factory, which celebrated its tenth anniversary last year. This significant production milestone represents a new turning point for the Erenler Factory, positioned as Europe's tractor manufacturing hub.

Emphasizing TürkTraktör's numerous achievements over its more than 70-year history, TürkTraktör Chief Executive Officer Matthieu Séjourné stated: "As a company that has surpassed 1 million tractors produced, 600,000 engines manufactured, and over a thousand excavator loaders, we are now experiencing the pride and satisfaction of taking the 10,000th cabin off the line at our Erenler Factory. Reaching this figure in a very short timeframe at our cabin line, which became operational in 2022, in line with our vertical growth strategy, is a success story in itself. I extend my deepest gratitude once again to the TürkTraktör family, whose determination and dedication demonstrate this commitment."

Noting that they have maintained market leadership without interruption for 18 years while accounting for 63% of tractor production in Turkey, Séjourné said: "We do not content ourselves with our production strength alone; we leverage our sphere of influence to advance and transform agriculture and cities further. Drawing strength from our 70-year-old established history, we are diversifying our investments and leading the sector in manufacturing, exports and R&D. The successes we have achieved today guarantee our future. Regarding the Cabin Frame Line Investment
TürkTraktör took an important step with a EUR 29 million investment, commissioning an 8,000 m² new cabin frame production line in the first quarter of 2025. The facility, encompassing robotic welding, cataphoresis and paint shop processes, implemented high automation and Industry 4.0 technologies with 12 robotic welding lines, 2 robotic paint booths, AMR and AGV robots. With this investment, the company began manufacturing cabin frames entirely in-house, increasing its production capabilities; it brought quality and flexibility in responding to customer demands to the highest level with 100% robotic control and Class V paint standards. This development represented the next step following the assembly lines we commissioned in 2022.
