Sandoz's adventure in Turkey started with the first step taken in 1955. Today, this journey touching millions of lives continues to strengthen through increasing production capacity and ongoing investments.

Production Capacity Growing with USD 80 Million Investment
Sandoz Global announced a capital increase of USD 80 million in the near term as a sign of its confidence in Turkey. This investment aims to increase the production capacity of the Gebze Plant to 15 billion tablets and represents an important step for exports to America. In this way, Sandoz will further increase its production capacity in both the domestic and foreign markets.

Export to 60 Countries and Global Biosimilar Leadership
Sandoz Turkey, which has been listed for many years on the Istanbul Chemical Substances and Products Exporters Association's pharmaceutical category export champions list, delivers products to nearly 60 countries from the United Kingdom to Canada.

Implementing pioneering investments in biosimilar medicines on a global scale, Sandoz signed a new production facility investment exceeding USD 400 million in Europe and plans to put it into operation in 2026. Additionally, through a strategic partnership with Just-Evotec, Sandoz allocated a budget exceeding USD 100 million to strengthen in-house development capabilities to enhance the production capacity of biological products.
