Turkish Henkel, operating on the principle of "Leading for Good for Future Generations" and developing projects that create social benefit through its corporate citizenship culture, is launching a new social responsibility initiative aimed at leaving a meaningful mark on children's lives.
The "Leave a Mark" project, implemented in cooperation with "Needs Map," aims to reach children living in container housing in Hatay, one of the provinces affected by the earthquake. Under the project scope, children will participate in free workshops on educational and instructional themes, both discovering their individual potential and leaving a hopeful mark on their future.

The workshops under Turkish Henkel's Leave a Mark project will feature engaging educational themes that make the learning process enjoyable, enabling children to acquire practical knowledge applicable to their daily lives and helping them develop themselves. For example, in the "Creative Science" workshop, children will develop discovery and problem-solving skills through fun experiments, while in the "Recycling and Environmental Awareness" workshop, they will gain environmental consciousness and strengthen their creative skills through projects such as designing products from waste. Through the "Art and Design" workshop, children will develop their hand-eye coordination and aesthetic understanding, and in the "Health and Hygiene Awareness" workshop, they will acquire healthy living habits. In the "Energy Saving and Climate Change" workshop, children will increase their environmental awareness and develop an energy-saving consciousness for a sustainable future.
Under Turkish Henkel's Leave a Mark project, education at the workshops organized in Hatay's Needs Map Container Housing Area will be provided by expert trainers in their respective fields. Open to children aged 8-12, the project aims to reach more than 200 children affected by the earthquake, with objectives including developing creative thinking skills, instilling environmental awareness, and building social consciousness.
