TSKB signs consulting agreement with Chint Green Energy

TSKB signed an advisory agreement with Chint Green Energy, the Turkish subsidiary of China-based Chint Solar group, one of the world's largest solar energy investors, to provide financial and strategic support.

TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Turkey) signed a consulting services agreement with Chint Green Energy, the Turkish subsidiary of China-based Chint Solar group. Within the scope of the consulting services agreement, a feasibility model will be created for financial modeling and reporting of solution processes that Chint Green Energy will provide to project stakeholders through the ESCO (Energy Service Company) business model, and TSKB will report the results of the "TSKB Electricity Price Forecast Model" to support the company's strategic investment decisions.
Hüseyin Gürel, Deputy General Manager of TSKB, stressed that Chint Green Energy is one of the world's largest solar energy investors, and said that comprehensive consulting services will provide significant added value to the company's operations in Turkey's energy sector.
Hüseyin Gürel, noting that TSKB will report the results of its Electricity Price Forecast Model to support the strategic investment decisions of Chint Green Energy, which manages 40 GW of solar energy projects in global markets and 100 MWp of installed capacity across Turkey, stated: "We believe that this strategic partnership between TSKB and Chint Green Energy will have a significant impact on Turkey's energy sector and will produce fruitful results for both parties."
Hüseyin Gürel, noting that they effectively and professionally manage their knowledge and experience in economic, financial and engineering fields on a consulting basis, said: "With the aim of converting this experience into economic benefit and increasing income equality, we provide services through Financial Consulting, Technical Consulting and Economic Research products in different areas of expertise." He emphasized that through consulting services they aim to be long-term business partners of clients in line with strategic objectives and contribute to sustainable development.
Hüseyin Gürel, stating that the importance of organic and inorganic growth is increasingly recognized within the scope of sustainable growth, explained: "In today's business world, we provide customized consulting solutions to our stakeholders with our deep knowledge base so that companies can more easily access financing, be supported in decision-making processes, conduct them professionally, and develop new areas of activity and projects with healthy analysis in the current economic environment."
