Nergis Kaya Appointed as Commercial Excellence Director of GSK Türkiye
GSK Türkiye announced that Nergis Kaya has taken up the position of Commercial Excellence Director as of 1 December 2024.
GSK Turkey announced that Nergis Kaya has assumed the role of Director of Commercial Excellence effective 1 December 2024.
Kaya holds a degree in English Business Administration from Marmara University and has completed the Executive Development Programme at Koç University. With 19 years of solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, Kaya specialized in customer relations and business excellence at Alliance Healthcare, Merck Sharp Dohme and Pfizer. In 2008, Kaya joined Sanofi Pasteur as Business Excellence Specialist and for four years headed the Sales and Marketing Effectiveness Department while managing strategic planning, market research and digital projects. Subsequently, as Director of Commercial Excellence at Novartis Oncology, Kaya assumed regional business enablement leadership responsibilities for the EGM/AMACO region (Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa countries) and led the Business Excellence Department as Department Head in its establishment, customer engagement and digital transformation processes.
Since 2022, Kaya has worked as Director of Business Excellence and Commercial Operations at Eczacıbaşı Pharma and will also be part of the GSK Turkey Leadership Team in the new role at GSK Turkey.
