Suat Seven Elected Chairman of the Board of the Additive Manufacturers Association (KÜB)

For the new term, Osman İLGEN, General Manager of CHRYSO Katkı Malzemeleri, Haluk ABBASOĞLU, Chairman of DRACO Yapı Kimyasalları, Selman TARMUR, General Manager of MAPEI Yapı kimyasalları, and Turgay ÖZKUN, General Manager of SİKA Yapı Kimyasalları, were elected to the KÜB Board of Directors. At the top of the agenda for Suat SEVEN, who will lead the additives sector in the coming period, is advancing the work conducted together with the European Concrete Admixtures Federation (EFCA), of which KÜB is a member, to ensure continued growth of the additives sector both domestically and internationally. In the concrete admixtures market, which was approximately 1.3 million tonnes by volume in Europe in 2017, the largest market share is in Turkey, and our country represents approximately 46% of this market with around 600,000 tonnes. The Additives Manufacturers Association (KÜB) holds significant representative power by bringing together manufacturers that account for approximately 80% of the Turkish market volume. The association's members (in alphabetical order) are: BASF Türk Kimya, CHRYSO-Kat Katkı Malzemeleri, DRACO Yapı Kimyasalları, FOSROC IDEA Yapı Kimyasalları, İKSA Beton Katkıları, POLİSAN Kimya, SİKA Yapı Kimyasalları, and MAPEI Yapı Kimyasalları.
