Sanovel Launches Mentoring Project for 102 Girls to Mark the 102nd Anniversary of the Republic

Sanovel, one of the leading companies in Turkey's pharmaceutical sector, continues to initiate projects that contribute to the pharmaceutical industry and Turkey with 1,700 employees and the goal of lifetime health and continuous improvement in light of its strong vision. Leading a meaningful project for the 102nd anniversary of our Republic, Sanovel has this time launched an entirely new initiative to stand beside young people raised with the enlightened values of our Republic and to provide support for the development of students who wish to advance with confident steps on their leadership journey.

Through the "Mentorship Project for 102 Girls on the 102nd Anniversary of our Republic," Sanovel will provide professional mentoring support to university female students. With this program designed with a focus on social benefit, Sanovel invites students preparing to become the leaders of the future to discover their own potential, design their career plans, and prepare for the future.

Through this project in which Sanovel employees directly participate, the company will provide mentoring support to girls in education and career planning while drawing attention to equal opportunity, aiming to contribute to our country and consequently our future.

The program, with an application deadline of 10 June 2025, is open to female students who are final-year undergraduate students at university, undergraduate graduates or pursuing postgraduate programs (with undergraduate graduation date of 2024 or later), interested in the pharmaceutical sector, wishing to discover the field in which they want to build a career and shape their career journey together with Sanovel leaders, curious about everything that is "new" and "different," and who understand the requirements of personal and career development and focus on continuous improvement.

Expressing her pleasure at offering young people the opportunity to receive support from the beginning of their career journey through the Mentorship Project for 102 Girls on the 102nd Anniversary of our Republic, Sanovel Human Resources and Corporate Communications Director Derya Oral made the following statement: "Through our program designed within the framework of social benefit, we will provide professional mentoring support to 102 university female students who are ready to discover their own potential and wish to advance on their leadership journey. We will be waiting for female students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate education at universities who wish to make a strong start to their career journey to apply to our program.
