Senior Appointment at Sanofi

 

In her new role, Berrak Dinçtürk Uğrubol will guide People and Culture strategies across Sanofi's Eurasia region, which comprises 17 countries, supporting the achievement of business objectives and contributing to the development of high-performing teams. She will also take an active role in organizational and cultural transformation processes and serve on the regional People and Culture leadership team.

 

Uğrubol completed her undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University with a dual major in International Relations and Sociology. She began her career at BASF as an HR Business Partner and has held local, regional and global HR roles in the healthcare sector since 2009. Before joining Sanofi, Uğrubol served as Director of Human Resources for International Markets at Abdi İbrahim. Previously, she was Strategic HR Business Partner for the Turkey, Middle East & Africa and Global Market Access teams at Astellas. In earlier phases of her career, she held Human Resources leadership positions across the Turkey, Middle East and Africa region at GSK.
