ŞA-RA Enerji, which began trading under the SARAE code following the gong ceremony held at Borsa İstanbul on July 17, 2026, has attracted attention with the high-value contracts it signed in the two-month period following its initial public offering:

* July 28, 2026: An overseas electric transmission line construction contract worth EUR 17.6 million (approximately USD 20.5 million),

* August 17, 2026: A domestic sales order worth TRY 318,750,700 (approximately USD 6.6 million),

* August 25, 2026: A domestic electric transmission line construction contract worth TRY 2,938,874,760.30 (approximately USD 61.1 million),

* September 17, 2026: A domestic energy transmission line material order worth TRY 950,555,354 (approximately USD 19.5 million).

The total size of these 4 main announcements made in the last two months reached approximately TRY 5 billion. This figure constitutes approximately 74.8% of the company's total 2025 revenue.

"Within the scope of the energy transmission line construction project signed by ŞaRa Teknoloji Tesis A.Ş., a group company of our Company Şa-Ra Enerji İnşaat Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş., with a domestically based customer, our Company has received an energy transmission line material order worth TRY 950,555,354 (approximately USD 19.5 million). Deliveries related to this order are planned to be completed by the end of 2028, and this order is approximately 15.8% in size of the Company's 2025 revenue."
