Ravago Invests in New Membrane Line, Doubling Capacity

Ravago has doubled its membrane production capacity to 40 million square meters annually with a new production line commissioned at its Kartepe facility in Kocaeli. The company announced that it has reached the highest installed membrane production capacity in Turkey with this investment.

The new line was commissioned with advanced technological infrastructure covering all production processes from blending to packaging, while delivering significant gains in quality, efficiency and sustainability. The investment is expected to support export targets by enabling niche product production for global markets, particularly Europe.

The investment, announced at the company's established Strategy and Awards Meeting held in Cyprus, was shared with business partners in attendance. At the event, dealers demonstrating high performance throughout the year were also recognized in different categories.

Ravago Building Solutions Turkey Director Alper Doğruer stated that the company has adopted an innovative vision through its "paradigm-shifting" approach across all processes from production to customer experience. He noted that the new investment will strengthen the company's competitive position in global markets.

Ravago Building Solutions XPS & Bituminous Membranes Business Unit Director Nükhet Tercan Yıldırım emphasized that they have achieved a technological transformation beyond capacity increase, stating that the new line has enabled them to attain higher quality standards and more flexible production capabilities.

With the new production line, Ravago aims to respond more quickly to domestic market demand and accelerate growth momentum in exports.
