The Polisan Holding PoliGen Long-Term Internship Program aims to identify and develop successful and high-potential young professionals in advance, creating a pool of future talent needs. Offering university students and recent graduates career opportunities, Polisan Holding provides young talent with roles in development-focused projects within the Long-Term Internship Program, enabling them to experience what they learned in theoretical education within the company culture and business dynamics.

Within the program scope, Polisan Holding has started 11 young professionals on long-term internships in total, with 3 at the Istanbul headquarters and 8 at the Dilovası plant facilities, including both university students in Istanbul and students from the Kocaeli region in the program.

After passing the interview, we administer English language, general aptitude, and personality inventory tests to our young professionals, and after the evaluation process, we place them in the appropriate departments."

Goal: Develop Professionally Equipped Young Professionals Within Six Months

Polisan Holding's PoliGen Long-Term Internship Program, covering a six-month period, targets young professionals in Industrial, Chemistry, Environmental, Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, as well as from university departments such as Chemistry, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Maritime Studies and Logistics.
