PepsiCo Türkiye Makes Senior Appointment to Sales Department

PepsiCo Turkey has made another senior-level appointment. Tuna Dülger, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, has been appointed to the Senior Director of Sales role responsible for all channels.
PepsiCo Turkey, one of the most significant operations of one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, has announced a senior-level appointment. Tuna Dülger, who has held important positions at the company for 15 years, has joined PepsiCo Turkey's leadership team as Senior Director of Sales responsible for all channels.
In his new role, Tuna Dülger will be responsible for all operations across PepsiCo Turkey's traditional channel, modern channel and on-premise consumption channels; he will also lead the development and implementation of sales strategies in line with the company's sustainable growth objectives.
Dülger began his professional career at Unilever, where he held roles in sales, commercial marketing and project management across different categories. After strengthening his international experience through a project management position at Unilever's China office, he joined the PepsiCo Turkey family in 2011.
Throughout his career at PepsiCo, Dülger has held various critical positions including customer and channel management, revenue management, channel development and regional sales leadership. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Sales for traditional channel snacks and beverages.
Tuna Dülger is a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Department of Political Science and International Relations and completed his MBA at European School of Economics.
