PAGDER & ASLAN OSB Begins Second Phase Sales
Profitable Investment Opportunity at PAOSB with Special Launch Pricing
PAGDER & ASLAN Plastic Specialised Industrial Zone, which has become an attractive location for manufacturers due to its proximity to Istanbul and Europe, is being developed in Vize District, Kırklareli. The Specialised Industrial Zone, which has begun second-phase sales following strong demand from the plastic sector, is being implemented through an initiative of the Plastic Manufacturers Association (PAGDER) and ASREY Construction. With 69 companies in its first phase, PAOSB is opening its second phase to the plastic sector, thereby expanding synergy in Turkey's most dynamic industry. Featuring environmentally-friendly infrastructure facilities and social amenities designed with industry needs in mind, PAOSB delivers returns to its investors at every stage. As pre-inquiries are being collected, early movers in PAOSB's second phase will be able to benefit from special launch pricing. PAGDER&ASLAN Plastic Specialised Industrial Zone Board Chairman Fidan Aslan Eroğlu noted that they offer the plastic sector the advantage of a specialised industrial zone in Kırklareli Vize, which is very close to Istanbul and Europe, along with access to 45% investment incentives and 30% lower energy costs, stating: "We have also opened our second phase to the plastic sector and related industries. In a region with no employment problems, with ready infrastructure for investment and carefully planned social amenities throughout, PAOSB offers attractive investment opportunities. As a specialised industrial zone, our manufacturers will receive state support equivalent to 45% of their investments. Additionally, compared to manufacturers in numerous industrial zones within and around Istanbul, we offer 30% lower energy costs through direct connection to transmission lines. By opening our second phase, we will further increase the synergy we have created in the plastic sector. We invite all our companies to make profitable investments at PAOSB. Our goal going forward will be to embrace all manufacturing industries. We have the necessary infrastructure for this," he said.Advertisement
