Milliken to Acquire Keystone Aniline Corporation to Better Serve Colorant Customers Worldwide

Milliken & Company announced its acquisition of Keystone Aniline Corporation, a global leader in paints, pigments, pigment dispersions and polymers, and one of the leading suppliers of polymeric colorants and additives, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. This move brings together two successful organizations that leverage each other's expertise and capabilities to provide customers with a much broader range of advanced colorant solutions, technologies and services. Additionally, the acquisition enables customers to streamline their supply chains by having access to a wider product range from a single source. Customers will also see improved supply chain reliability as Milliken acquires Keystone's numerous facilities around the world. Archroma, a global leader in colors and specialty chemicals, announced its latest collaboration with Patagonia, an American clothing company founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973. Patagonia's Clean Color Collection is a new capsule collection that Patagonia launched in late April. The products in the collection are colored with dyes made from natural sources, including Archroma's EarthColors, which features a range of dyes synthesized from agricultural waste, among other sources.
