Meysu IPO Results Announced

The public offering results of Meysu Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. have been announced. The offering, carried out at a fixed price of TRY 7.50 per share, reached a total size of TRY 1,312,500,000, while demand during the offering process amounted to 8.5 times the total allocation.

The demand collection process for Meysu Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s share offering took place on 5–6–7 January 2026. The company's shares with a nominal value of TRY 1 were offered to the public at a price of TRY 7.50, and as a result of the sale of shares with a nominal value of TRY 175 million, the offering size reached TRY 1 billion 312 million 500 thousand.
Strong investor interest in Meysu was noteworthy during the offering process. Domestic individual investors submitted demand at 2.6 times the allocation, high-demand investors at 51.4 times, and domestic institutional investors at 4.9 times. Total demand reaching 8.5 times the offering size demonstrated confidence in Meysu's business model and growth vision.
Distribution Made to Over 648,000 Investors
In Meysu's offering, distribution was made to a total of 648,003 investors, comprising 646,385 domestic individual investors, 1,407 high-demand investors, and 211 domestic institutional investors. The allocation ratios underlying the distribution were 45% for domestic individual investors, 10% for high-demand investors, and 45% for domestic institutional investors.
With this result, Meysu made a strong entry into the capital markets with a broad investor base.

Güldüoğlu: "The Interest Shown by Our Investors Is a Strong Reference for Us"
Evaluating the IPO results, Meysu CEO Osman Güldüoğlu stated that the strong investor interest that emerged during the demand collection process is a concrete demonstration of confidence in the company's long-term growth strategy.
Güldüoğlu said, "As Meysu, we viewed the IPO process as a planned and natural continuation of our long-term growth strategy. The strong interest we saw during the demand collection process shows that our investment, production, and productivity-focused approach has found resonance. With the IPO, we will continue our path with a more transparent, stronger, and more corporate structure."
Investments and Capacity Expansion in Focus
Osman Güldüoğlu noted that the use of funds obtained from the IPO is clear and stated that the ongoing investment process is largely complete. Noting that approximately 90% of the investments that will increase current production capacity from 182 million liters to 472 million liters have been completed, Güldüoğlu said they aim to achieve a significant increase in production capacity as of the first half of 2026.
