Record Output from Vocational and Technical Anatolia High Schools National Education Minister Mahmut Özer stated that vocational and technical Anatolia high schools have set a new record by increasing revolving fund enterprise revenue by 176 percent compared to the previous year, raising it to TRY 1,955 million. National Education Minister Mahmut Özer noted that vocational and technical Anatolia high schools achieved a new record by increasing revolving fund enterprise revenue by 176 percent in the first 11 months of 2022 compared to the same period the previous year, raising it from TRY 707,709 thousand to TRY 1,955 million. Seeing that the multidimensional improvements we have implemented are delivering results in a short timeframe makes us extremely pleased. Consider that vocational high schools, which at one time no one wanted to attend, have now transformed into a structure that contributes TRY 2 billion in revenue from their production to the national economy," he said.

"Vocational high schools earned substantial revenue from their production this month. While the first 11 months of 2021 revenue for our vocational and technical education institutions operating as revolving fund enterprises totaled TRY 707,709 thousand, this amount increased by 176 percent, bringing the first 11 months of 2022 total revenue to TRY 1,955 million, approximately TRY 2 billion. As the Ministry, our target for 2022 was to reach a production capacity of TRY 1.5 billion; we exceeded this production capacity target last month."
Students and teachers also received their share
Minister Özer drew attention to the fact that students and teachers also benefited from the revenue generated under the revolving fund framework and continued as follows: "This production contributes greatly both to students' learning processes and to the national economy. In this context, from the TRY 1,955 million revenue obtained in the first 11 months of 2022, our students received TRY 94,332 thousand and our teachers received TRY 206,608 thousand, totaling TRY 301 million in distribution."
