Mining Turkey 2021 – The Right Address for the Mining Sector –Will Bring Mining Professionals Together Under One Roof on 9-12 December 2021. Mining Turkey, Turkey's most comprehensive mining fair and the International Mining, Tunnel Construction, Machinery and Equipment Exhibition, is preparing to be an important trade platform where all domestic and foreign stakeholders come together on 9-12 December 2021! At this year's ninth edition of the fair, sector professionals will once again experience the convenience of finding everything they are looking for at the right place.

Mining Turkey Fair will shed light not only on the mining sector but also on the country's economy.

Mining professionals, who make significant contributions at every stage from extraction to processing and final production of minerals – which are a major raw material source for countries' industrial production – will gather once again at Mining Turkey 2021. At the fair, where developments in the mining sector can be closely observed and assessed, new partnerships will be added to existing ones. The fair, which creates a favorable sales and marketing environment for the development of the mining sector, will continue to be a fair that also sheds light on the economy.

The sector's most comprehensive fair continues with full support.

KOSGEB is supporting Mining Turkey Fair participants in 2021, just as it did in 2018. Under KOSGEB support, the maximum support area per participating business at the fair was announced as 50 square meters. Participants submit their applications directly to KOSGEB. Mining Turkey Fair, which is among the fairs supported by the Ministry of Commerce's Foreign Buyer Delegation Program, hosted buying delegations from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Ghana, Iran, Kazakhstan, North Macedonia, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia at the 2018 fair, bringing them together with companies and creating opportunities for strong business partnership discussions. In 2021, the fair, which has received support from the Ministry of Commerce, is preparing to be the most suitable trade platform for sector growth and development by bringing together participants and buying delegations.

Mining Turkey Fair is preparing to provide participants and visitors with a productive fair experience.

The 2018 Mining Turkey Fair showed growth with 14% increase in participant numbers, 17% in fair area, and 17% in visitor numbers. Fair participants stated that the fair brought together national representatives of the sector and world leaders, and that through the many opportunities it offered, it enabled them to view the sector's future with hope. While 87% of visitors stated they would visit the fair, 92% said they were very satisfied with the fair, and 97% indicated they would recommend the fair to their business network. Mining Turkey 2018 participants said the fair exceeded expectations and that every company in the sector should definitely participate in this fair. The fair continues its path with even greater strength by adding support from participants and visitors to KOSGEB and Ministry of Commerce support.

TÜYAP: The First Fair Company to Receive TSE COVID-19 Safe Service Certificate

TÜYAP, the first fair company to earn the TSE COVID-19 Safe Service Certificate by meeting the requirements of the Turkish Standards Institute's COVID-19 Hygiene, Infection Prevention and Control Certification Program, maintains precautions at the highest level. Tüyap Fairs, which held the IDEF'21 15th International Defense Industry Fair in August in line with pandemic precautions with 1,238 companies and 68,795 visitors, is preparing for Mining Turkey Fair with the same precautions. Entry to fairs will be made with HES codes. With density tracking screens at each entry point, crowd density inside will be monitored at all times, providing participants and visitors with a productive fair experience. At the Fair Center, which has been adapted in compliance with TOBB guidelines; in addition to masks, distancing and temperature checks, the use of common areas and the ventilation system will operate in accordance with hygiene rules.
