Soft confectionery manufacturer Kervan Gıda, which exports to 85 countries, is successfully continuing its organisational transformation steps accelerated following its public offering. In this context, the company has announced two important appointments; Oğuz Ay and Türkşad Salihoğulları have taken up their positions as Deputy General Manager. Kervan Gıda, which has increased its production and export volumes with the momentum gained from the public offering, has also accelerated its organisational transformation efforts in line with its evolving operational structure and growing objectives. Most recently, two deputy general manager appointments were added to the organisational changes in line with the company's growing targets and business volumes.

Oğuz Ay

Oğuz Ay, who has served as Head of Marketing & Strategy Group, has been appointed to the position of Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales, Marketing, Quality and Strategy. Oğuz Ay, who has served in senior management positions at various companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector for many years, has continued his role at Kervan Gıda since 2017. After Kervan Gıda acquired shares in ZPC Otmuchów, which manufactures in Poland, Oğuz Ay also served as a member of the executive board and took on significant responsibilities in structuring Kervan Gıda's global sales and marketing strategy. Türkşad Salihoğulları

Türkşad Salihoğulları, who has over 30 years of experience and has served in senior management positions at major companies in the sector, has taken up his position as Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations Group Head, Finance Director, Financial Control and Investor Relations Director, and Senior IT Manager. Salihoğulları, who began his career in the finance sector, has had the opportunity to work at important food companies in Turkey throughout his career spanning over 30 years. Salihoğulları, who has also held responsibilities as management and executive board member at various institutions, is married and a father of two children.
