Kayalar Kimya supports Turkey's Technology Leader 100 project

The Technology Leaders 100 project, launched by the Association of Women in Technology (Wtech) and supported by Kayalar Kimya, aims to select Turkey's most talented youth in the technology sector and equip them with technical and social skills. The project has now graduated its first cohort. 189 students participating in the Technology Leaders 100 project received their certificates

A total of 189 students received their certificates upon completion of the project. Kayalar Kimya made statements regarding the project, which it provided significant support to. Dilek Ün, Human Resources Director at Kayalar Kimya, emphasized that the project, with 80 percent of its students being women, is extremely important and valuable in bringing women into the technology sector. Ün stated: "We are very pleased to contribute to the Technology Leaders 100 project. We hope to see more projects like this that help women break through glass ceilings and support their development by opening doors for them."
