Levent Gökçe Takes Over Leadership at İzocam

Following the departure of A. Nuri Bulut from his position, Levent Gökçe, who has successfully served as Turkey General Director at Saint Gobain Weber Yapı Kimyasalları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., has been appointed to the vacant position of General Manager at İzocam A.Ş. Levent Gökçe assumed the role of General Manager and signing authority as of 1 April 2017. İzocam Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. General Manager Levent Gökçe was born in 1967 in Söke, Aydın. After graduating from Bornova Anadolu Lisesi and then the Mechanical Engineering department at METU, Gökçe completed his International Business Management studies at Istanbul University. He began his professional career at Akzo Nobel Kemipol as Technical Services Manager. Upon joining Saint-Gobain Weber in 1999, Gökçe served as Sales Manager between 1999 and 2002, and subsequently held the positions of: Sales and Marketing Director (2002 - 2005) and General Director (2005 - 2017). Married with two children, Levent Gökçe speaks English. A. Nuri Bulut, who has worked successfully at İzocam for 36 years, will assume a different responsibility within the Saint Gobain Group. Bulut has been appointed as Turkey Delegation Director at Saint Gobain Delegasyonu to enhance the Saint Gobain Group's Turkey delegation structure process in line with the Group's growth strategy in Turkey and to ensure coordination among Saint Gobain companies in Turkey. A. Nuri Bulut, born in Ankara in 1953, graduated from Saint Joseph Fransız Erkek Lisesi and then from Istanbul Technical University in 1979 as a senior mechanical engineer. He completed his Master's degree in Business Management at Koç University in 1995. Bulut began his career in 1978 as a Project Engineer at Tokar A.Ş., and in 1981 took on the role of Manufacturing Supervisor at İzocam Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş.'s Gebze facility. In subsequent years, he held positions as Manufacturing Manager, Projects Manager, and Engineering Manager respectively. Between 1996 and 2002, Bulut served as Technical Deputy General Manager at İzocam. Appointed as İzocam General Manager in 2002, A. Nuri Bulut made significant contributions to the company's progress and that of Turkey's insulation sector over his 36-year career in various roles, achieving numerous outstanding successes. Married with one child, A. Nuri Bulut speaks English and French.
