Sakine Akkul, a 75-year-old resident of Sav township in Isparta, drew attention by painting every detail of her home pink. Sakine Akkul, 75, living in Sav township affiliated with Isparta's city centre, attracted attention in recent press coverage for painting everything she could get her hands on pink. Painting work begins after delivery

On 21 August, after Sakine expressed her wishes—"I can't get paint the way I used to. If I could get paint, I'd paint everywhere and make it like paradise. I'd paint the front and back of the house, everywhere. If I could, I'd paint the whole town of Sav"—Filli Boya officials responded by sending her interior, exterior, primer and hobby paints.
