New Kindergarten Project from GEBKİM Foundation

Early childhood education holds great significance for children's mental and physical development. Proceeding from the understanding that achievements gained in pre-school are crucial for an educational life built on solid foundations, GEBKİM Education, Research and Health Foundation is bringing a modern kindergarten to Dilovası. The Foundation will support women's employment through the GEBKİM Kindergarten, whose construction is underway at full pace.

GEBKİM Kindergarten, the final link in GEBKİM Foundation's support for education and investments, will provide education to 120 students in 6 classrooms. The kindergarten will house classrooms specially designed for children's age groups, as well as rest rooms, play areas and an education hall. In a project where safety is prioritized, GEBKİM Foundation managers, believing that "children learn life through play," gave special attention to the design of play areas and parks. Built on a total area of 1,500 square meters and targeted for completion this year, GEBKİM Kindergarten will serve GEBKİM OSB companies as well as the Dilovası region.

GEBKİM Education, Research and Health Foundation Board of Directors Chairman Vefa İbrahim Aracı stated that they continue their contributions to Kocaeli's industry, economy and employment in projects aimed at education and regional development, saying: "We value education and believe it will shape our future.
