Eyüp Lojistik invests in warehouse in Çatalca

Eyüp Lojistik, growing rapidly through successful sector investments, to build TRY 800m logistics warehouse hub on 40,000 sqm land in Çatalca via Intro Gayrimenkul A.Ş. Eyüp Lojistik Board Chairman Eyüp Bartık said, "We have completed urban planning procedures for our TRY 550m land in Çatalca. We have launched work to create a facility that will substantially meet the region's logistics warehousing needs." 

Eyüp Lojistik, differentiated through next-generation investments in transport and logistics, has moved to produce projects supporting economic development in the real estate sector. Intro Gayrimenkul A.Ş., established under the Eyüp Lojistik umbrella in 2022, launched its first investment in Istanbul. Work has begun on a TRY 800m logistics warehouse hub on a 40,000 sqm plot valued at TRY 550m in Çatalca. The land, with urban planning procedures completed, will substantially meet warehousing needs in the logistics sector and contribute to regional employment. 

E-commerce drives storage demand in the region
